  • Since Vicky has been helping me the changes to my physical strength and posture have been huge. Initially Vicky helped me with all round body strength using Free Weights which I had never felt confident using; Vicky concentrated on the correct techniques, variety of exercises and ensuring I understood fully how gains can be made and encouraged me to do more. One area where Vicky has helped me most is my posture. I have Kyphosis which was getting worse as I got older; the specific exercises Vicky has given me are ensuring my condition is not getting worse, but also it is obviously helping me as I get complements “my posture is improving”. This is helping my confidence, but also my Golf has improved (the lowest handicap I have ever had) and I can carry a bag of clubs in the winter without pain as my overall strength and posture have improved.
